Hibiscus Farmstay

This farmstay is situated just outside Mawai Eco Camp along Jalan Mersing about 15 minutes from Kota Tinggi.

It is sprawling orchard on a hill slope that gives a superb view of Gunong Panti in the distance.

Within the farm ground are at least 40 species of hibiscus probably the best collection in the region. Not to mention the wide varieties of fruit trees ranging from lime, rambutan, avocado and chiku to jackfruit, soursop and durian.

There are also a diverse collection of ornamental tropical plants for the gardening enthusiasts.

One can sample herbal drinks made from fig leaves and fruits.

Organic farming is the method adopted for the orchard.

Birds including hornhills, attracted by the fruits makes this a haven for birdwatching.

This is a place for smaller group who just crave for healthy farm ambience getaway. One can participate in fruit harvesting and learn the final point in fruit trees propagation and maintenance. Experts are there to guide and enlighten participants.

Accomodation is in chalets and food can either be self-cooked or catered.
