Mr Richard Lam is a business associate and outsource trainer of EOA corporate training programmes. Richard himself is also an outdoor enthusiast and he is a frequent participant of EOA outdoor and nature programmes.

Richard has more than 25 years of experience in training & development in the public & private sector. He has conducted many programs for both the public as well as private organisation. His specialties include Quality, Performance Appraisal, Supervisory, Leadership & Management Training, FAST FORWARD, Adventure Learning, Teambuilding, Train-the-Trainer, QC Techniques, Trainer-Manager or People Development Program, EQ, Creative Thinking & Problem Solving, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Customer Service, OJT and Training Needs Analysis (TCTP), People Developer Implementation.

He had taught the Diploma in Supervisory Management, Certificate in Section Leader, National Certificate in Supervision, Certificate in Training Management, The Trainer-Manager program. In 1999, he was awarded the "Trainer Dedication Award" by PSB.

Richard holds Certificate, Diplomas and Degree in Personnel, Education, and Training & Development. He is currently a HRD Consultant/Trainer (self-employed).
